
Ingredients
- 200 grams of dark chocolate (bitter)
- Half cup of water
- 3 eggs
- 2 spoons of sweetener (any brand)
Preparation
Melt the chocolate with the half cup of water in a pot and let it cold to normal temperature, add the 3 egg yolks and mix it good with a wood spoon.
In an electrical blender, blend the 3 egg whites till you get a mousse and the add the sweetener and mix gently. Incorporate the mix of chocolate with the batter whites, with envolving movements and with a wood spoon.
Once everything is well incorporated, serve it in a big bowl or individual little bowls and put it into the fridge for at least 4 hours, till it gets really cold.
Serve it and decore with a mint leave.
