Coffee Shake

For 8 people

Ingredients            


  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 spoong of vanilla scent
  • 200 ml of orange licour
  • 4 little spoons of instant coffee
  • 200 grs of sugar
  • Ice cubes
Preparation

Put the milk into a pot and make it boil. Melt the sugar in the boiling milk and add the vanilla. Incorporate all good and let it freeze on the fridge. Then put this mix into the blender and add the orange licour and the ice, 4 or 6 cubes will be nice. Blend it all good and then serve into cups or individuals glasses.

Sprinkle in the surface some instant coffee






Sparkling ice coffee  

For 4 people              

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 sugar spoons
  • 1 spoon of instant coffee
  • 200 grs of milk skin
  • Coffee beans for decoration
Preparation

Whip the yolks with sugar until you got a creamy mix. Put it all into a boiling pot with water and mix constantly till it become dense.

Add the coffee and incorporate good. Let it cold and then add the milk skin. Blend the egg whites and add it to the mix too. Put the mix into individual cups and take them to the fridge for 2 hours.

Take them off after 20 minutes before you serve and decorate with coffee beans in the surface.
 





Coffee ice cream

For 4 people

Ingredients              


  • ¾ of milk liter
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 4 little spoons of instant coffee
  • 1 spoon of vanilla scent

Preparation

Cook the milk with the vanilla till it boils. Mix the yolks with sugar and coffee, add the milk and mix it all till it incorporates good.

Put the mix to cook don't stop stirring. Take it off from fire and let it cold. Pass the mix for a strainer and put it into a bowl. Cover it with aluminium fold and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes.

Take it off and mix the preparation for breaking the crystals, put it back on the fridge and repeat this process twice. Then keep it into the fridge till the moment of serving.
