Ingredients
* 2 egg whites
* 8 drops of liquid sweetener
2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin light
* ½ cup of strawberries and other cranberry blended smoothies
* ¼ cup hot water
Ingredient sauce
* 2 egg whites
* 4 drops liquid sweetener
* ½ cup low fat cream without beating
Preparation bavarois
In a bowl beat the two egg whites and add the sweetener. Beat all the ingredients until well incorporated, then add the strawberries and blueberries and stir well.
Then add the dissolved gelatine into the hot water and laundry. Stir everything and transfer to individual dessert container for serving. Remove to refrigerator to set.
Preparing the sauce
In a bowl beat the 2 egg whites to meringue, add 4 drops of sweetener and ½ cup of cream, incorporating everything right.
Pour the sauce over the dessert, if you want you can put them up chunks of strawberries and blueberries for garnish.
