Light strawberry flan

Ingredients

    * 1 ¼ cup skim milk
    * 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, preferably low in calories.
    * 1 egg
    * ¾ cup of blended strawberries

Preparation

Boil skim milk with the vanilla essence. Remove from heat and incorporates the sweetener.

Add to the mix unflavored gelatine previously dissolved in half a cup of cold water. It takes preparation to fire again until gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not let boil. Remove and let cool.

Once all the mixture cool, add the beaten egg and pre-blended strawberries. Incorporating all good.

Pour the preparation into a mold and take it to the fridge for a couple of hours.

At serving time you can decorate with strawberries and whipped cream diet.
