Ingredients
* 1 large mango, peeled
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 1 cup orange juice
* ¾ cup peach yogurt diet
* ½ cup light cream cheese
* 2 egg whites
* Sweetener powder (optional)
Preparation
Cut the mango flesh into chunks and place in blender along with lemon and orange juices, cheese and yogurt. Blend to form a cream. Add sweetener if necessary. Drop it to a recipient.
Beat the egg whites into meringue and incorporate the rest. Put the mix into a container and cover with it with a plastic wrap. Take it to the fridge until it gets to ice cream softness. Serve in cups.
