Ingredients
* 5 tablespoons sugar or sweetener to taste
* 2 cups plain yogurt diet
* 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
* ½ teaspoon orange zest
* 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
* 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice or artificial light
Sauce
* 1 cup orange juice
* ½ cup strawberries
* 1 ½ tablespoon of sugar or sweetener to taste
Preparation
Beat with a wire whisk the yogurt, sugar, vanilla and orange zest until well blended.
Place the orange juice in small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over. Let soak for a minute. Put to boil over low heat, just until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat. Add gelatin mixture to yogurt, whisking to mix well. Split into 4 molds individual and make refrigerate for 4 hours minimum.
Sauce
Heat the orange juice with sugar or sweetener and strawberries. Let cook, shaking for 10 minutes. Remove from the burner and let cool a few minutes. Blend and strain. Cool and refrigerate. To serve, loosen with a knife edge of the molds and if necessary immerse for 2 seconds in hot water. Unmold each custard onto a plate and serve with sauce.
