- 1 cup hot skim milk
- 1 tablespoon butter (butter), low calorie
- 1 tablespoon corn starch (starch, potato starch)
- 1 tablespoon natural sweetener suitable for cooking (sweetener to sweeten without adding calories)
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 4 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
Dissolve the cornstarch and cocoa in cold milk, add the hot milk, sweetener and butter. Bring the fire and stir until they begin to lift the boil and thickens. Remove. Cool in water bath reverse.
